Park Place
Concrete
for the foundation for Waterfront Park Place, a 22-story residential
tower, and its garage should be going up soon.
Garage
@ 1st and Main Streets
The
feasibility study is completed. Construction for the 600-space garage
will begin soon and should take 12-18 months.
Registration
is currently underway for Bellarmine's, Center for eWorld Education,
first executive mini-seminar, which will focus on the challenges
of valuing projects and ventures in the new economy. The mini-seminar
will be held on three consecutive Wednesday evenings as follows:
- May 9, 2001 5 - 7 PM, Dr. Keith Richardson, Assistant
Professor of Accounting along with Mr. Eric Oakley, Manager, Risk
Consulting, Arthur Anderson will discuss eCooking the Books, How
to Read Between the Lines of Dot.com Financial

Downtown planning
group elects officers, recognizes 11 projects
Eleven projects
constructed around downtown Louisville, including Louisville Slugger
Field and refurbishings by two hotels, were recognized at the 40th
annual meeting of Louisville Central Area.
