Plans to renovate the Clock Tower building, owned by Humana and located at 123 E. Main, was the catalyst for the future transformation of eMain into a thriving commercial and residential neighborhood. Humana, with the help of city and state funding, renovated this former Belknap Hardware warehouse for $5.7 million. This six-story building offers 154,000 square feet of office space located at the heart of eMain, with quick access to Waterfront Park, Louisville Slugger Field, a new city parking garage and other urban amenities. |
