2. Then click on the request link to send an email with the following information:

  2. Your organization
  3. Your email address
  4. Your phone number
  5. Your cell phone number
  6. Room(s) requested
  7. Day(s), date(s), time(s) requested
  8. Number of people
  9. Comments:
